• STEP 1: Instructions for an NCF ID

Have your photo taken at the 启动中心 or Choose to upload your own headshot photo (with your face clearly visible and a neutral background, like a passport photo) → Use the link above to complete the form (if uploading a photo, please allow 24 hours to process) and submit.

Your NCF ID is available from the 启动中心. Please bring a state-issued photo ID for verification.

• STEP 2:  Sign 财务责任声明

This agreement ensures that students understand the financial consequences of enrolling in classes and outlines the college’s expectations for payment. 每一项, all students will have a registration hold on their account and once the agreement is completed, the Financial Responsibility hold will be automatically removed.

• STEP 3: Complete FERPA披露同意书

• STEP 4:  Payee Designation Form and How to Make a Payment

NCF sends all financial information to your email on a monthly basis. If you would like to invite others to view statements and make payments, 请填写以下表格:

Sign into MyNCF Gateway using personal login (myncf.sh-fyz.com) → Click the Banner 9 Self Service Student Tile → Select “Pay My Bill” → Scroll down to middle of the page to section titled “你需要帮忙付款吗?” → Choose “Send a payer invitation” → Fill in information for payee; they’ll receive an email from NCF with instructions to complete this sign up.

付款方式.  You’re always able to see your financial bill online. Monthly statements are emailed out to the NCF email address (as well as to any additional payees on file, 见上图). NCF accepts payments online using a credit card or eCheck.

Sign into MyNCF Gateway using personal login (myncf.sh-fyz.com) → Click the Banner 9 Self Service Student Tile → Select “Pay My Bill” → Click “Make a Payment” (select the payment to be made) → Hit Continue → Make payment online with credit card or eCheck

网赌平台网站 offers Payment Plan Options to help spread out any student finance charges.  

It’s only $15 to sign up, and there are no interest charges.  Click the Banner 9 Self Service Student Tile and select “Set Up a Payment Plan” for details.  There are 2, 3, and 4-payment plans offered.  应用 by 8/1/24 for the 4 Payment Plan option.  The deadline to set up a plan is 8/15/24.

• STEP 5: 金融援助 and Title IV Authorization

This is a form that authorizes the College to use any extra financial aid and scholarship money to cover book advances. Extra money will be reimbursed via direct deposit, so be sure to complete the Direct Deposit form.

• STEP 6: Sign Up for Direct Deposit of Refunds

There may be times when you have received more scholarship money or financial aid than you owe to NCF, 然后我们会给您退款. After signing up, all refunds will be directly deposited into your bank account.

• STEP 7: How to Purchase a Parking Pass

All cars driving and parking on NCF campus must have an NCF Parking Permit decal affixed to the rear windshield in the lower left corner (outside only). You can purchase an annual permit for the entire year for $75.每学期收费37美元.50.
